Soapbox Science is a public outreach platform with the aim of promoting the visibility of women and non-binary scientists and the remarkable science they do. There are Soapbox Science events worldwide, and researchers from NYU and CUNY are hosting the first NYC event this summer We will have 10 female and non-binary researchers standing on soapboxes and communicating their research to the public. It will be an afternoon of science, learning and fun!
