If you're passionate about equity in STEM education and ready to lead a small, dynamic team impacting over 300 students annually, we’d love to hear from you!
We're looking for someone excited to:
- Lead year-round enrichment programming and a summer STEM camp
- Manage and support instructional staff
- Build strong partnerships with families and schools
- Design engaging, inquiry-based math/STEM experiences
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years teaching math or STEM to 6-12th graders or undergraduate students in a school or after-school enrichment environment
- Experience designing strong STEM or academics-based programs and curriculum
- At least 2 years managing a team or a program requiring management of personnel
- Coaching experience, preferably in a teaching or school environment
- Professional experience working with low-income communities
INFORMATION
Location: NYC-based, hybrid (2 in-office days/week)
Summer: Lead a NYC day camp or upstate NY residential camp
Salary: $60K–$80K + excellent benefits
